What is concrete cutting?

Concrete cutting, also known as concrete sawing & drilling, is the process of using a diamond-tipped blade or core bit to cut or drill a solid surface (most often representing concrete).

What materials can you cut?

We can cut concrete, brick, asphalt, stone, rock or other masonry products, as well as any metal within these materials. Amazingly, we can also cut items that are entirely made of steel.

What power does your equipment use?

(1) Electric (which is a fume-free solution perfect for indoor application) (2) Hydraulic (which provides a water proof solution perfect for working in and around water) (3) Petrol & diesel (which remains the most common, due to its versatility and stand-alone operation)

What items can your scanners detect?

Depending on site conditions, we may identify: - post-tension cables - reinforcement (reo/rebar) - electrical conduits - metallic & non-metallic pipes - cables - voids & anomalies All results are indicative & subject to environmental & structural limitations.

What services do you offer?

We specialise in concrete sawing, core drilling, GPR scanning & silent demolition services.

What are the advantages of silent demolition robots?

No toxic fumes & super demolition power for their size. Digital remote controls ensure operators can work at a safe distance whilst maintaining accuracy.
